These marks identify the custom apparel, designs, and services we provide. Although federal registration is currently pending, we hold and actively enforce common-law trademark rights in our name and branding.

The use of "Coyote Moon Design Company," our logo, or any name, mark, or design that is identical or confusingly similar including on social media, online marketplaces, or other apparel or design goods and services without our written permission is not authorized. We reserve all rights available to us under applicable United States law.
