What is the Coyote Moon Loyalty Program?
The Coyote Moon Loyalty Program is a rewards system designed to thank our loyal customers. Earn points on purchases and activities, redeem them for discounts, and unlock VIP tiers for even more benefits. Points are earned on the subtotal after discounts but before taxes and shipping. This program is powered by the Essential Loyalty app on our Shopify store.
How do I sign up for the loyalty program?
Signing up is easy! Visit our website at www.coyotemoondesigns.com and create an account or log in. Look for the loyalty program section in your account dashboard to join. Upon signing up, you'll automatically receive 100 points as a welcome bonus.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points in several ways:
Sign Up for Loyalty Program: 100 points (one-time bonus).
Spend on Purchases: $1 spent = 1 point (multipliers apply based on VIP tier).
Birthday: 200 points (added automatically on your birthday if provided in your account; upgraded in higher tiers).
Newsletter Sign-Up: 75 points (one-time bonus for subscribing).
New Customer's First Order: Earn 2X points on your very first purchase.
Points multipliers increase as you advance through VIP tiers (see below for details).
Do points have an expiration date?
Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. However, program terms are subject to change without notice—check our website for the latest updates.
How do I redeem points for discounts?
Redeem your points for off-dollar discounts at checkout. The available redemptions are:
- 100 points = $5 off
- 200 points = $10 off
- 300 points = $15 off
- 400 points = $20 off
- 500 points = $25 off
- 1000 points = $50 off
- 2000 points = $100 off
Simply select the reward in your loyalty dashboard and apply it during checkout. Note: Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with other automatic discounts or coupon codes.
What are the VIP tiers and how do I qualify?
VIP tiers are based on total points earned (lifetime accumulation). As you earn more points, you unlock higher tiers with better multipliers and perks. The tiers are:
Copper (0-149 points): 1x points multiplier.
Turquoise (150-400 points): 1.25x points multiplier + $10 off coupon for immediate use.
Silver (401-899 points): 1.5x points multiplier + $20 off coupon for immediate use + Upgraded $20 off birthday coupon.
Gold (900-1800 points): 1.75x points multiplier + Free T-Shirt up to $40 value + 25% off set up/digitizing services.
VIP Diamond+ (over 1800 points): 2x points multiplier + Free embroidered item of choice + $25 birthday coupon + Priority order processing.
Your tier is automatically updated as you reach the required points.
Can I combine loyalty discounts with other offers?
No, loyalty rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes, automatic discounts, or coupon codes at checkout. Points have no cash value and are for discount redemptions only.
How do I check my points balance and tier?
Log in to your account on www.coyotemoondesignco.com and visit the loyalty dashboard. You'll see your current points, tier, and available rewards.
