Custom Orders

Custom items are made-to-order and not kept in stock. As such, all sales are final and non-refundable once the order is placed.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for production, plus additional time for shipping. Production timelines may vary, and I'll keep you updated on your order's progress.

Double-check all details like spelling, numbers, and sizing before submitting your order. I replicate your submissions exactly. I'm not responsible for errors made during the ordering process.

If a product defect is confirmed upon delivery, I'll gladly offer a replacement or exchange at my discretion.

In-Stock Items

From time to time, I offer ready-to-ship items marked as in-stock. These qualify for store credit or exchange only. Refunds are available solely if an error occurred on my end.

To initiate an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged after receipt are not eligible for return or exchange. For defects, I'll assess via photos or upon return to confirm the issue wasn't due to wear or mishandling. I reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if policy conditions aren't met.

Pre-Orders & Team Orders

Pre-orders and custom group/team items are made-to-order and considered final sale. Refer to the product description for specific production timelines.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
