Shipping Policy
Thanks so much for your order! Below is everything you need to know about how and when your items ship.
Processing Time
Most items are made to order, so please allow up to 1-2 Weeks for production before shipping. Production times can fluctuate so I will communicate if there are any immediate changes. I do my best to get orders out as quickly as possible, and you’ll get a tracking number as soon as your package is on the way.
If there’s ever a delay (like a backordered blank or weather issue), I’ll reach out and keep you updated.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. I typically ship via USPS or UPS, depending on what's most reliable for your address.
At this time, I only ship within the United States.
Local Pickup
If you’re local, I do offer free local pickup on select items. Enter Code PICKUP100 for free pickup at checkout. I will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time at a public place.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order leaves my hands and is marked as shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. I will file a claim if necessary.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn’t receive your item, I recommend:

Shipping Address Errors
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out. I am not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address due to customer error. If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact me ASAP and I’ll do my best to update it.
