Refund & Return Policy

Thanks so much for shopping with us! Please read through the policies below before placing your order. Everything here is just to make sure we’re on the same page and there’s no confusion.

Custom Orders
These are not ready-to-ship or kept in stock — they’re made just for you. Because of that, all sales are final and non-refundable once the order is placed.

Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for production, plus shipping time. Production times can fluctuate from time to time, so I will keep you updated.

Be sure to double-check all spelling, numbers, and sizing before submitting your order — I match your form exactly as submitted. I’m not responsible for any errors made during the ordering process.

All sales are final and non-refundable. If a product defect is confirmed upon delivery, I’m happy to offer a replacement or exchange at my discretion.

In-Stock Items
Occasionally I’ll offer items that are marked in stock for immediate pickup or shipping. These are available for store credit or exchange only.  Refunds are only available if a mistake was made on my end.

To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it

• You’ll need to contact me within 7 days of receiving your order

Items that are washed, worn, or damaged after pickup/delivery won’t be eligible for return or exchange. Exchanges for defects are only offered if I can confirm via photos or upon return that the issue wasn’t caused by wear or mishandling. I reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if the policy conditions aren’t met.

Pre-Orders & Team Orders
Pre-orders and custom group/team items are made to order and are final sale. Please check the product description for production timelines.

Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once I’ve started on your item, I can’t cancel or refund it.
