Custom Embroidery Digitizing Service – Digital Files Only (No Physical Item)

Before making any payments, please send me your image/artwork along with the desired size and machine file format to digitizing@coyotemoondesignco.com. I’ll reply with a custom quote based on your design's complexity and stitching needs.

How It Works:
1.    Send your design via email at digitizing@coyotemoondesignco.com OR click here to fill out the Google form.
Please Include:
•Desired size
•File format (not sure? Just tell me your machine model!)

2.    Receive your quote.
I will send you a quote based on the size and artwork.

3.    Approve the quote & place your order.
Approve the quote that is sent to your email and then select the correct pricing option from the menu. Once payment is processed, I will begin digitizing your file.

4.    Receive your file.
Turnaround time is typically within 48 hours, and often much quicker for simple designs, such as names. If more time is needed to ensure the best results, I will notify you on the quote. Your files will be sent to you via email.

What You’ll Get:
•    Digitized embroidery file in your requested format
•    Printable thread chart & details
•    SVG if your digitizing contains any applique.
•    Free edits within 7 days of delivery 

Available File Types:
.PES, .DST, .EXP, .HUS, .JEF, .XXX, .VP3

Need another format? Just ask – I may be able to accommodate.

Important Info:
•    Digital product only – no physical item will be shipped
•    No refunds on custom digitization, but I offer prompt support and free edits within 7 days
•       Every file is quality tested on my embroidery machine
•    You may use the digitized file to create physical embroidered products for personal use or resale.
•    You may NOT resell, share, or modify/resell the design file itself
