This is a detailed, artistic process where we digitize your pet's photo to create a stunning embroidered portrait. We're not just limited to dogs! We can expertly create portraits of cats, horses, cows, parrots, goats, and just about any animal you love.

Two Design Styles to Choose From:

Please review the listing photos for examples of each style.

1. Full Front Design (Crewneck Only)

   • This is our large, statement design, as seen in the "PIPER" example with the college-style text.

   • It features your pet's portrait with their name and an "EST. YYYY" date.

   • This style is ONLY available on the Crewneck Sweatshirt.

2. Left Chest Design (Crewneck or Quarter Zip)

   • This is a classic, smaller design featuring your pet's portrait (with or without their name) on the left chest.

   • This style looks best on the Quarter Zips due to the zipper.

   • This style is available on both the Crewneck and the Quarter Zip.

Optional Sleeve Embroidery:

Want to add an extra personal touch? We can also add a small design to the sleeve (included in price). Popular options include:

• Your pet's name

• Paw prints

• Angel wings (for a beautiful memorial piece)

• A special date

How to Order:

1. Select Your Garment: Choose your style (Crewneck or Quarter Zip), size, and Sweatshirt Color from the dropdown menus.

2. Fill Out the Personalization Box: This is the most important step! Please look at the listing images for our Font and Thread Color charts.

   In the personalization box, please provide:

   • Style Choice: "Full Front" or "Left Chest"

   • Pet's Name:

   • Font Choice: (If applicable)

   • Font Color: (For the name/date)

   • EST. Date: (If you chose "Full Front")

   • Sleeve Details: (e.g., "Left sleeve: Paw prints")

   • Any Other Details: (e.g., "Please remove the 'EST' date," or "Use a red collar")

3. Email Your Photos (Crucial!): After placing your order, please email your pet's photos to sales@coyotemoondesignco.com.

   • Please include your Order Number in the subject line.

   • To create the best portrait, we need clear, high-quality photos. Please send several images, including at least one face-forward shot and one side-profile shot. Good lighting is essential!

4. Approve Your Proof: We will create a digital proof (mockup) of your pet's portrait and email it to you for approval. Production will not begin until you have approved this proof. Please keep an eye on your email (and spam folder) to avoid delays!
